This Privacy Policy explains how Kehlet Capital Management (“we,” “us,” or “the firm”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://kehletcapital.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. It is separate from any privacy notice the firm provides to clients regarding nonpublic personal information.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use the contact form, request application materials, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain usage information when you browse the Site — for example, the pages you view, the order and time of your visits, how you arrived (referring source), your approximate location, your device and browser type, and how you interact with our videos. This is collected through analytics tools and cookies as described below.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies — small files stored on your device — to measure and report site usage. We have enabled IP anonymization. You can prevent this collection by disabling cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our embedded Vimeo video players are configured in “do not track” mode, so they do not set advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare to host and secure the Site, including its Turnstile tool to protect our forms from automated abuse.

Third-party services

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above as needed to operate the Site, or where required by law.
